Making your next private event a pleasure, letting you be both the guest and the host. In order to be able to fully devote yourself to your friends, I take responsibility for the realization of your next event.


At the start, we meet to discuss: how do we design the event? We later take care of the food in addition to the drinks and, on request also place setting and decoration.

At the table you will be served by an experienced service team and we will take care of the well-being of your guests.


You and your guests can enjoy and we will take care of everything else.


The first years of my career have focused on Mediterranean cuisine. My fascination for private events awoke at Franzoli Catering. There I learned to think outside the box and to consider a meal as an overall experience.


As my knowledge of European cuisine deepened, interest in South American cuisine grew. Because of my Caribbean roots, I had an early access to South American dishes.


In 2015 I was cooking and traveling throughout South America. In Peru, at restaurant

La Mar and in Mexico in restaurant Pujol, I got to know the emerging South American cuisine better. When I was allowed to be part of the Danish pop-up restaurant Noma Mexico in 2017, I was convinced that South American cuisine could also be very popular in Switzerland.
